OBJETIVO/Descripción del Puesto: 


One of our critical hires is for a Clinical Specialist, who is a dentistry professional, self-starter, and change agent. This role is an entry level position that requires the ability to focus and deliver in a rapidly changing environment. You must have a strong desire to learn, execute, and collaborate.

By rolling up your sleeves, you will work in a team environment providing clinical support and expertise related with clinical treatment and procedures to agents, working closely with your supervisor and the person responsible for the system support related concerns.

You will receive training on Align systems, procedures and policies that will help you to execute your daily activities with the quality expected needed to meet the global business objectives.

In this role, you will…  


  • Manage clinical communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide support to customer situations and will take their issues/concerns/complaints to completion.
  • Responsible for managing treatment quality monitoring and clinical profiling.
  • Collaborate in clinical training at all levels (agents, clinical colleagues, customers, sales organization, etc.).
  • Provide input to research and development to improve existing products/ services.
  • Proficiency support in all Align treat proprietary software.
  • Manage product safety reports by working with regulatory and quality assurance teams and propose ideas to improve product safety.
  • May be also involved in clinical hotline, inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide support and/or delivery of structured certification programs for customers. 



  • • Dentistry Degree from a four-year University 
  • • Proficiency English level is recommended 
  • • Experience with Microsoft Office tools is recommended 
  • • No work experience is required.
